Since 1984, Graham Water Systems has been solving water-quality problems for its customers in Kitchener-Waterloo and its surrounding regions. We have built a reputation by listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and giving them practical solutions for water softeners, water filters, reverse osmosis systems, and drinking water systems. Graham Water Systems can guide you through the process of selecting the best and most appropriate water-treatment products for your home or business. We also offer free water analysis. If you’re not sure about the quality of your water, we will be happy to analyze a sample of your water and make the appropriate recommendations at no charge and with no obligation to you.

Because most of the region’s water supply comes from drilled wells.  Water from these wells contain a high level of minerals.  These dissolved minerals like Calcium and Magnesium make the water “hard” to use and work with. Iron from well water can also cause yellow, brown or rusty stains on water using appliances and fabrics.

We install and service a full line of state-of-the-art Novatek and WaterGroup residential and commercial water softeners, water filters, reverse osmosis systems and ultraviolet drinking water systems. We also provide cartridge filters, distillers, and chemical feed pumps.

Our major supplier WATERGROUP headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan is a major manufacturer and supplier of water treatment products in Canada. Graham Water Systems started selling WATERGROUP  products and 32 years later we not only sell their products but factory warranty them as well.

Most of our business we do is the result of long term relationships earned over years of personal service.

To continue to provide exceptional service to our valued customers for many years to come, we are happy to announce that as of April 30, 2021 we are now a division of Dietrich Plumbing and Pump. Located in St. Clements and founded in 1980, Dietrich Plumbing & Pump has been serving the Region of Waterloo and it’s surrounding townships for over 40 years. Founded by Brian Dietrich and taken over by his son Brad and his wife Lindsey in 2015, their expertise is also in water systems as well as anything plumbing, well or pump related. We are glad to become a part of a team that values honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction as much as we do here at Graham Water Systems.
