I can trust his advice
Bob has installed a water softener in both our old house and our new one, as well as a reverse osmosis system and a water filtration system. I continue to use his services because I know my phone calls will be answered promptly, he will show up on time and I feel I can trust his advice. He answers all of my questions in terms I can understand. It is obvious that he enjoys his work and believes in the product he is selling.
