We just recently moved to Waterloo, and our home has an osmosis water purifier and a water softener: both new to us. We chose Graham Water Systems from the yellow pages and have been very pleased with the service and value. Bob has patiently educated us on how to use the appliances, offered friendly and helpful advice, and done an excellent job servicing both appliances. We highly recommend him.
